CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation by Customer.
· Standard Orders:
Customers may request to cancel an order, update billing or shipping information, or modify item sizes within 48 hours of placing the order.
All requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at [your email/contact link].
· Online Payment Orders:
For orders placed using online payment methods, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Order Cancellation by Zebtan.
We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to:
· Inventory unavailability
· Pricing errors
· Payment verification issues or other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you upon dispatch. From that point forward, our Exchange and Returns Policy will apply
