Exchanges for Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our Customer Support Team within 3 days of delivery. Requests received beyond this timeframe will unfortunately not be eligible for review.
Upon approval, you will be offered one of the following options:
