Account & Shopping

· Do I need an account to shop at Zebtan?
No, an account is not mandatory. However, registering allows faster checkout, order tracking, and easy access to your purchase history.

· How do I create an account?
Click on Sign In then select Create an Account. Fill in the required fields. For assistance, contact our customer service team.

· I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your email to receive instructions for resetting your password.

· Can I update my account or shipping details?
Yes. After signing in, go to My Account to edit your personal and shipping information. To update delivery details for a pending order, please contact customer service immediately.

 


 

Ordering & Payment

· How do I place an order?

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Select your desired items.

3. Add them to your shopping bag.

4. Proceed to checkout and provide billing/shipping information.

5. Review and submit your order.

· How will I know if my order was received?
You will receive an order confirmation email. Local customers may also receive a confirmation call the next working day.

· Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking link will be emailed to you.

· Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or canceled once processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

· What if my order is canceled due to security verification?
No charges are applied if your order is canceled for security reasons. If a payment appears on your statement, please contact us with your transaction details.

· Why do you request additional payment verification?
To safeguard against fraud, we may ask for verification documents. Prompt submission avoids order delays.

· Is my personal information secure?
Absolutely. We protect your data rigorously and never share it without your consent.

 


 

Shipping & Delivery

· Are there any shipping restrictions?
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or certain restricted areas. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

· What if I provide an incorrect delivery address?
Packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses will be returned. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping or customs fees incurred.

· How is delivery handled?
Our delivery partners usually attempt two deliveries and may require a signature. If delivery fails, a notice will be left with instructions for rescheduling.

· Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, but please inform the recipient to avoid refusal of the package. Undeliverable gifts will incur applicable charges.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges

· What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags. We provide store credit or exchanges for eligible returns. Sale items are final sale.

· Are international orders eligible for returns?
No, international orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
