Exchange Window

We accept exchange requests within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate an exchange, the item must meet our exchange eligibility criteria.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

• In its original, unused condition

• Free from stains, marks, perfume, or signs of wear

• Unwashed and undamaged

• Returned with original packaging and product tags intact

Please note:

• Unstitched articles that have been stitched, altered, or customized in any way are not eligible for exchange.

• Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange unless the item delivered is defective or damaged.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• In case of an exchange due to a defective or damaged item delivered by us, the shipping cost will be covered by Zebtan Official.

• For all other exchanges, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
